Schrader, 76, of Kalama in relation to the incident. Finn was not involved in investigating the incident in Kalama.

Woodland Mayor Will Finn said Thursday he won’t follow through on the City Council’s resolution Monday to declare Woodland a “sanctuary city” from Gov. Jay Inslee’s COVID-19 stay-home orders because the city is making good progress on reopening. Read story
