C-Tran and the Washington State Department of Transportation will start construction this weekend on a project that will create a bus-only lane on the left shoulder of a 5-mile stretch of southbound Interstate 5 through Vancouver. C-Tran has been running buses on the shoulder of Highway 14 for about three years.
