The newly constructed Latitude 45 apartments in Vancouver have been sold to a private buyer for $20.5 million. Chicago-based JLL Capital Markets facilitated the sale and announced the deal Tuesday. JLL said it also worked with the buyer to obtain a 10-year loan through Fannie Mae. Read story
