Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez was 4-years-old when her mother kidnapped her from the Vancouver Mall and took her to Mexico in 2018. Esmeralda Lopez-Lopez pleaded guilty to second-degree kidnapping and robbery and first-degree custodial interference in 2021. The girl has been found, according to the FBI.
