The two couples have become close since Wyatt donated a kidney to Noah, a Charlotte attorney who had lived with kidney disease since his teens. His wife, Haley, put out a plea for a living donor. The Bardis, who live in the Raleigh area, saw it on Facebook and volunteered Wyatt as a donor as a way to live out their Christian faith.
