Clark County drug court marks 25th anniversary with nearly 800 graduates

Graduates can have their drug-related cases dismissed

As Jennifer Miller stood in front of more than a dozen people Thursday in the gallery of a Clark County courtroom, her mug shot was displayed on a TV screen over her shoulder.

Miller choked up as she looked back at it. She hadn’t seen it since she was in jail, she said.
