Letter: Vote against Trump, chaos

By Sandra Sorlie, Battle Ground

Do we still have a moral compass?

Our country is deeply divided and deeply troubled. In the Oval Office, do we want Donald Trump and JD Vance, who fabricate bizarre stories of immigrants, suggest women without children have little value in society, and have limited knowledge of the Constitution and no respect for it? Is an American president who poses a hateful mind and a hateful spirit against those who disagree with him the best choice as commander-in-chief with no regard for our military?

Obviously, Trump feels threatened by women who are smarter and more articulate than he is. It’s time to eliminate the chaos Trump has created. Now is the time to get out and vote, and follow your conscience about what’s best for our country.
