VANCOUVER – Clark County Newcomers Club members, in both the men’s and women’s groups, volunteer to repack donated food at the Clark County Food Bank. The men have a breakfast before volunteering and they also take up a collection to support the food bank.
In addition to repacking food, Clark County Newcomers Club members donate empty egg cartons at the monthly coffee meetings. These are used to distribute fresh eggs in packs of six or 12 eggs to food pantries.
