The time for pop-up shops — those temporary retail locations — is upon us.
National retailer Spirit Halloween opened its first seasonal Clark County location this year at Vancouver Plaza in August with another set to open in east Vancouver later this month. And it likely won’t be the only retailer to open a seasonal pop-up this year.
