Letter: Trump encourages peace

I agree with that “we should not support a presidential candidate that loves domestic terrorists.” That’s why presidential candidate Kamala Harris should not be supported.

While cities were being burned, businesses destroyed, police accosted, Harris tweeted “Chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.” In an interview, she also stated that they (rioters) should not stop. This while Tim Walz as governor of Minnesota took no substantial action enough to bring his riots to an end. In the meantime, President Donald Trump at the Jan. 6 rally encouraged “peacefully and patriotically let your voices be heard.”

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Capitol Police were in charge of security on Capitol grounds on said day, not Trump. No police officer died from the protest/riot, but one female veteran was shot to death by Capitol Police. One officer was found to have died by “natural causes.”

Again, I agree that our presidents need to be committed to “enforcing and complying with our laws.” Remember who encouraged “peacefully” before you vote.
