Letter: Hough deserves better

The encampment on Mill Plain Boulevard west of Columbia Street is cool, admirable and a cultural and moral zeitgeist.

Now, let’s move that encampment to McCann Road in the Felida area. I’ll bet it’s not so cool anymore. The Hough neighborhood deserves better.
