Letter: Trump undermines America

By Don Howard, Camas

Our beautiful and hallowed U.S. Capitol has been attacked twice in history. The first attack was during the War of 1812 by the British and the second was Jan. 6, 2021, at the direction of Donald Trump. Examining who else, besides Donald, would thoroughly enjoy watching the U.S. Capitol brutally attacked, one would have to conclude Trump’s close friends Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un would most likely top the list.

It’s been said, “like minds have a tendency to think and act alike.” Trump then had the audacity to refer to Kamala Harris as the “communist.”
