Letter: Trump is poor leader

How long have you known Donald Trump? If you examined Trump prior to 2015, it is unlikely that you support him today. Few people who encountered Trump had respect for him.

Research is a significant part of my work as a trainer in business practices. I was puzzled by how frequently Trump was identified by professionals as a fraud and business failure. In 2005, I was contracted to produce workshops on team leadership. I used scenarios from Trump’s “The Apprentice” to demonstrate the worst examples of business leadership.

A vote for Trump endorses mafia-style business practices, not success.
