Letter: Choose good over evil

By David S. Viers, Vancouver

The USA will shortly express its choice between someone who has lofty standards in terms of conduct, work ethics, etc., and one who has spent their entire life lying, cheating and taking advantage of others. This is almost literally a choice between good and evil. Hopefully, the right choice will be made. The upsetting thing is that it appears to be a close contest with so many in this country apparently perfectly fine with someone who has been very obvious they will corrupt everything they touch.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
