Jacob Parker of Seton Catholic followed up Tuesday’s 1-under-par 71 with a 4-under 68 Wednesday to win the 1A district tournament at Tumwater Valley Golf Course.
Parker, a senior, finished with a 36-hole total of 139 to beat out Christian Harlow, an eighth-grader from King’s Way Christian who shot 141. This was Parker’s fourth consecutive 1A district title.
Carson Helm of Seton Catholic was fourth at 157. Other locals in top 10 were Garrett Kock of Columbia White Salmon (sixth at 162) Zach Catherall and Mason Glassmire (both tied for seventh at 166) and Logan Smith of La Center (ninth at 167).
