Ridgefield schools host community cafes, town hall to meet with residents

The Ridgefield School District will host a series of community cafes in October and November, along with a town hall in November.

The events will offer the community a chance to connect with district leadership about schools, programs and ongoing projects.

Superintendent Dr. Jenny Rodriquez and the school board will host the town hall. Anyone can attend and participate in discussions, ask questions and propose suggestions.

The community cafes will take place as follows:

  • 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 30 at Wisdom Ridge Academy, 5645 S. 11th St., Suite A101, Ridgefield.
  • 4:30 to 6 p.m. Nov. 7 at 3Peaks Public House & Taproom, 24415 N.E. 10th Ave., Ridgefield.
  • 8:30 to 10 a.m. Nov. 14 at Lava Java, 2 S. 56th Place, No. 102, Ridgefield.

The town hall will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 19 at the View Ridge Middle School commons, 3215 S. Hillhurst Road, Ridgefield.
