Letter: Consider voting against initiatives

Have you noticed the ballot measure signs and wondered what they’re about?

Here are the main points:

I-2109 would cut billions in funding for schools and child care.

I-2117 would put our clean air and water at risk by repealing the Climate Commitment Act.

I-2124 would eliminate Washington’s long-term care benefits for millions of working people.

I-2066 would roll back efficiency programs and make our energy bills higher.

Consider voting “no” on all four ballot measures.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
