Letter: Kent’s answers lead to questions

I asked Joe Kent two important questions directly: Would he approve a national law protecting a woman’s right to an abortion, making health care equal across the nation? His answer: The states handle that now.

This means he is perfectly OK with unequal rights, varying by state. He is OK with women dying from inadequate health care, negligent and fearful doctors and nurses.

And would he deal with the problems at the Supreme Court? His response: What problems?

Either he is totally uninformed about the bribery, the millions accumulated in gifts by Clarence Thomas, the partisan decisions handed down and the real estate deal cut, or he does not care and favors bribery and a lack of ethics.

Is it any wonder his own ethics are questionable?
