FOUR CREEKS — Regional business and community leaders took a brief recess to express appreciation for the region’s educational system by honoring 26 exemplary staff and volunteers.

The honors were presented as part of the Learn Here Project, an effort to showcase our educational system and its leaders to inspire others and to attract people and businesses considering relocating or expansion. About 130 community and education leaders gathered at Washington State University Vancouver to celebrate this year’s class of Learn Here honorees.

“We are so appreciative of those who go above and beyond for our students and schools,” said Chad Sessions of Windermere Northwest Living. “These are the everyday heroes who work tireless to help prepare our next generation of citizens and workers.”

Windermere Northwest Living is joined by the Port of Vancouver USA, iQ Credit Union and the business group Identity Clark County in supporting the Learn Here Project.
