The business leaders group Identity Clark County has selected Andrey Bolokhovskiy as the Ed Lynch board seat honoree for 2025.

Bolokhovskiy is founder and president of Provision Group, a real estate development company dedicated to creating affordable housing opportunities in the Portland-Vancouver area. He is involved in local and global philanthropy with an emphasis on criminal justice rehabilitation and counseling services. Bolokhovskiy has a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College.

Bolokhovskiy is the ninth person to hold the honorary seat, which presents an opportunity for an emerging business and community leaders while honoring the organization’s longtime chair.

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center was awarded an A grade in the fall 2024 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade.

The Leapfrog Group, an independent national watchdog organization, assigns grades to hospitals across the country based on more than 22 national performance measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries and infections, and systems hospitals have in place to prevent harm.

“This is our ninth consecutive safety grade of A,” said PeaceHealth Southwest Chief Hospital Executive Cherelle Montanye “I am proud of our caregivers’ unwavering commitment to deliver safe, quality care every day. Our community deserves nothing less.”

The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only hospital ratings program based on prevention of medical errors and harm to patients. The grading system is peer-reviewed. Grades are updated twice annually, in the fall and spring.
