Everyone is invited to join the Interfaith Coalition of Southwest Washington for a Thanksgiving Eve service.

“Together we will give thanks, celebrate unity and commit to peace,” organizer Khalid Khan said. The event will feature readings, songs and offerings in a variety of languages, cultures and faiths, Khan said. A dozen local faith leaders representing different Clark County religious groups will participate. Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the service, which will last about two hours.

The Interfaith Thanksgiving Eve service is set for 7 p.m. Nov. 27 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 400 S. Andresen Road., Vancouver.
