Although Vancouver’s office market has cooled, vacancy rates here are still lower than nationwide.

Clark County’s total office vacancy rate in the third quarter of 2024 was 7.2 percent, according to data compiled by commercial real estate company Kidder Mathews Research. The city of Vancouver’s was a tad higher — 7.4
