My Republican neighbors are gloating over Trump’s win. Tell your daughters and granddaughters how proud you are to vote for and elect an adjudicated sexual offender. Tell your sons in the military how proud you are when they go door to door, farm to factory rounding up migrant families and refugees. A toast to Trump when he dumps NATO and Ukraine. Throw a party when Putin assassinates Zelenskyy and sends millions of Ukrainians fleeing to Europe. Pat your back when China takes Taiwan. Have a parade when Trump ends Social Security (gotta pay for those detention camps somehow). A great day when he pardons 800-plus charged and convicted Jan. 6 rioters. Congratulate yourself when they arrest me for writing this.
