Letter: Thanks to Biden

It is good to pay attention as we go along through life. Hopefully we gain wisdom through our experiences.

Too often, we fail to appreciate or even forget a lot that is remarkable. Take surviving the pandemic, for instance. Sadly, the arrival of COVID in the United States was ignored for a few weeks by the administration in place at the time. (The same administration who had inherited a robust economy.) I know people get busy, but that delayed response resulted in lives lost and financial crises.

The Biden administration inherited that situation and navigated the next four years of uncharted territory. Healing a population and rebuilding an economy after such a massive catastrophe is daunting and requires extraordinary leadership and character.

Thank you, Joe, and really sorry you got stuck with the bill and the blame.
