Companies that want to reach a larger pool of qualified, diverse candidates, fill open jobs and retain valued employees can attend a workshop series sponsored by Workforce Southwest Washington, the nonprofit local workforce development board for Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties.

The free two-part workshop series is 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 5 and June 12 at Workforce Southwest Washington, 805 Broadway, Suite 412, Vancouver.

Registration is required at forms.office.com/r/ntvc2jiGcQ. Space is limited to two participants per organization.

During the workshops, attendees will learn how to reach a larger pool of qualified, diverse candidates; recruit and onboard new employees to set them up for success; and improve organizational operations, employee engagement and satisfaction.

Lunch, a workbook of examples and a resource toolkit are included.
