Journey Theater seeks dancers, singers and actors ages 8 and older to audition for its upcoming production of “The Music Man” on Aug. 2, 3, 9 and 10 at the Joyce Garver Theater in Camas.

Volunteers are also needed to serve on the production committee, to help with costumes, sets, props, refreshments, programs and public relations. Auditioners should prepare 16 bars or about 30-45 seconds of a musical theater song. Auditioners should bring an instrumental track to accompany singing; no a cappella auditions will be heard. Those auditioning for specific roles should be familiar with songs from the show. All auditioners must bring a headshot and resume in addition to audition forms. Auditions are June 1 and 7 by appointment only at U.S. Digital, 1400 N.E. 136th Ave., Vancouver. Callbacks are June 8. Rehearsals are June 14-27, 5 to 9 p.m. Fridays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays as well as certain Monday evenings. Find audition forms and reserve audition times at journeytheater.org. The cost to participate is $100 per cast member. For more information, call 360-750-8550.
