The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 68-year-old Camas man who was fatally struck by a train Tuesday near downtown Camas.
Randle Leon Sedlak-Ford Jr. died from blunt trauma of the head. On Thursday, the medical examiner ruled he died by suicide.
Police said they responded at 7:11 a.m. to a report of a person struck by a BNSF Railway train near the 200 block of Southeast Garfield Street.
The man was found dead next to the railroad tracks.
Police said they believe he was struck by a westbound freight train.
