Columbia River Mental Health Services sets forum on policing in Fourth Plain corridor

Columbia River Mental Health Services will hold a public forum focused on mental health, substance use and law enforcement within the Fourth Plain corridor in Vancouver.

The forum will be 4-7 p.m. Friday at Fourth Plain Community Commons, 3101 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 101 in Vancouver.

The forum is for Vancouver residents, organizations, law enforcement, and mental health advocates and providers to address stigma, foster understanding, identify solutions, promote resources, and strengthen relationships with businesses and residents.

Panelists from Columbia River Mental Health Services, the city of Vancouver’s Homeless Assistance and Resource Team, The Foundation and the Vancouver Police Department will appear.
