Ridgefield Raptors Road Report: Bend Elks 6, Ridgefield 0

Friday’s Game: Bend Elks 6, Ridgefield Raptors 0 (click here for boxscore)

Stars of the Game: Elks starting pitcher Lucas Hines (Salt Lake CC) pitched 6 1/3 scoreless innings, allowing three hits with four strikeouts and two walks. Matt Rowatt and Porter Rovin closed out the last 2 2/3 innings with hitless ball and four strikeouts.

Raptors bats: After pounding out 31 hits in three games at Port Angeles, the Raptors bats were held to three singles at Vince Genna Stadium and just three runners reached scoring position.

Raptors arms: Four pitchers combined to allow six runs (four earned) on eight hits with nine walks and three strikeouts. Starter Damian Pantoya (Texas A&M-Corpus Christi) took the loss.

Up next: The Raptors (6-9) have listed Carson Revay (Fresno State) as Saturday’s possible starting pitcher on Saturday at Bend. Game time is 6:35 p.m.
