Taylor Swift has finally set an end date for her record-breaking Eras Tour, which she revealed Thursday at the 100th performance of the international sensation.
Swift, 34, made the announcement while performing at Anfield, Stadium in Liverpool, England.
“This is the very first time I’ve ever acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is going to end in December,” the Grammy winner said, according to a tweet making the rounds online.
Ahead of the reveal, Swifties awaited what they thought was going to be a different kind of update — given that the superstar often marks milestones with special announcements or Easter eggs.
June 13 didn’t just signify the landmark 100th performance of the Eras Tour but Swift’s half-birthday. The “Style” singer was born on Dec. 13, 1989 — with her birth year notably serving as the title of her beloved 2014 album — and 13 is famously her favorite number.
