Portland International Airport is hosting a “dress rehearsal” for people interested in seeing the new main terminal before it opens to the public.

On Aug. 3, volunteering participants will be given a behind-the-scenes look at new processes, from check-in to bag drop to security, before being asked for feedback.

The roughly two-hour event will resemble a normal travel day, sans the travel. Attendees will receive a $50 Visa gift card and the chance to win bigger raffle prizes.

To get tickets or learn more about the event, visit pdxdressrehearsal.eventbrite.com and register by July 15.

The new main terminal will open later this summer.
