Ridgefield Raptors Road Report: Ridgefield 5, Bellingham 4, 10 innings

Star of the game: Isaiah Chacon hit a two-out single to drive in Austin Stalwick with the eventual winning run in the top of the 10th.

Raptors bats: Ridgefield (2-6) bounced back in the sixth after Bellingham scored four runs in the fifth to take a 4-1 lead. After Jack Salmon drew a bases-loaded walk, Stalwick hit and RBI single and Justin Stransky scored on a wild pitch to tie the game. … Stransky went 2 for 4 and Stalwick went 2 for 5.

Raptors arms: Ryan McClaskey (Camas HS, Lower Columbia CC) earned the win with three scoreless innings, allowing one hit, no walks and striking out two. … Carson Krukman pitched two scoreless innings. … Starting pitcher Wyatt Nichol went five innings, allowing four earned runs, seven hits, four walks and striking out three.

Next up: Ridgefield opens a three games series against Yakima Valley on Tuesday. First pitch is 6:35 p.m. at Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex.
