The Washington State Department of Health has taken disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County providers.

In December 2023, the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission released Debra Sue Seitz from the terms and conditions on her pharmacy assistant license.

In January 2024, the Dental Quality Assurance Commission charged dentist and dentist moderate sedation with parenteral agents David A. Keller with unprofessional conduct. Charges state that between February 2019 and July 2020, Keller provided substandard care to a patient resulting in failed maxillary implants.

In February 2024, the Oregon Board of Nursing suspended the nursing assistant certificate of Jonathan L. Larkins for a minimum of two weeks for failing to cooperate during the board’s investigation. He resides in Vancouver.

In February 2024, the Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission released Troy Michael Dreiling from the terms and conditions on his chiropractor license.

In February 2024, the Board of Nursing terminated the probation on the registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licenses of Janae Nichole McDaniel.

In February 2024, the Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission amended the charges of unprofessional conduct against chiropractor Harley Orville Youngblood. The acts of unprofessional conduct Youngblood allegedly committed now include abuse of a client or sexual contact with a client. In December 2021, Youngblood allegedly touched a patient in a sexual manner during multiple treatment sessions.

In March 2024, the Washington Medical Commission summarily suspended the license of David G. Knox following the surrender of his license to practice medicine in Oregon while under investigation for unprofessional conduct.

In March 2024, the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission withdrew the statement of charges against pharmacist Dawn M. Sasse.

In April 2024, the Unlicensed Practice Program notified Andrea McCarthy of its intent to issue a cease-and-desist order. Charges state that between January and August 2023, McCarthy engaged in the unlicensed practice of animal massage therapy.
