Starting Monday, nighttime paving will cause delays for people traveling on state Highway 14 in east Vancouver between Interstate 205 and Southeast 164th Avenue, the Washington State Department of Transportation said.

Paving will continue through the morning of June 17. Intermittent nighttime lane and ramp closures will occur along the highway between I-205 and 164th Avenue as part of the Highway 14 widening project. During the ramp closures, travelers will need to use an alternate route.

Between 7:30 p.m. and 5 a.m., Highway 14 will have left- and right-lane closures in the direction of paving between I-205 and 164th Avenue.

Between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., the onramps from 164th Avenue to westbound Highway 14 and the offramps from westbound Highway 14 to I-205 will close.
