I have been looking at some of the projects awarded for studies to rebuild Terminal 1 and its master plan, architects and other design concepts. Very few local businesses were selected, including one consulting contract with a Seattle architecture firm for nearly $400,000. Let’s work to keep more dollars in our area as they build out Terminal 1.
