Letter: Harris earns support for president

At this point in the election cycle, the best person to replace Joe Biden is Vice President Kamala Harris. She has served for over 3½ years in this position under Biden. Prior to coming to the White House, she served as a U.S. senator from California, attorney general of California and district attorney of San Francisco.

During her time as vice president, Kamala has worked closely with President Biden to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord, rally the world in support of Ukraine, and protect the Affordable Care Act. Some legislation that they supported includes the American Rescue Plan, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, bipartisan Safer Communities Act, the CHIPS Act, Respect for Marriage Act, Inflation Reduction Act, and student debt relief.

Encourage your legislators to support Kamala Harris for president of the United States.
