Island spirit

4 Days of Aloha is a celebration of Hawaiian arts and culture starting at Clark College with hula and craft workshops from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. today and Friday and a pa’ina event 5 to 9:30 p.m. today. Events in Esther Short Park include the Hapa Haole Hula Competition, 4 to 9:30 p.m. Friday; a ho’ike event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; Concert in the Park from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday; and Celebration of Cultures from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Hometown hootenanny

Camas Days Hometown Festival is Friday and Saturday in downtown Camas. Highlights include a Children’s Parade at noon Friday, the Grand Parade at 11 a.m. Saturday, a beer and wine garden from 5 to 11 p.m. both days, live music by the Beth Willis Band and The Caddies from 5 to 10:30 p.m. both days, a street festival with artists and other vendors from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. both days and a family-friendly Kids’ Street from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days. Pancake breakfast

The Cedar Creek Grist Mill, one of the only remaining water-powered grist mills in the United States, is hosting Blueberry Pancake Day from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at 43907 N.E. Grist Mill Road, Woodland. Enjoy pancakes from flour milled on site with fresh, local blueberries and blueberry syrup. Admission and pancakes are free. Learn more at cedarcreekgristmill.org.

Sunday in the park

The Columbia Tech Center Sunday Sounds Concerts will hit the stage in east Vancouver from 6 to 8 p.m. Sundays through Aug. 18. Hear a lineup of genre-defying crowd favorites. Bring a picnic meal or buy food and refreshments from local vendors. Alcohol is not permitted in parks. Park off Southeast Cardinal Court, in the gravel lot south of the amphitheater. Admission is free. This Sunday’s performer is Andy Stokes.

River rock

The Port of Camas-Washougal will host a summer riverside concert from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Marina Park, 24 S. A Street, Washougal. Hear live music by Stone in Love with sweeping views of the Columbia River. Enjoy food from local vendors starting at 5 p.m. or sample beer from the on-site beer garden. Admission is free.
