Come September, builders, Realtors, curious homeowners and dreamers alike will descend upon Felida for this year’s Parade of Homes to see the latest in homebuilding trends.

They have evolved since the Parade of Homes got its start in 1956 as a tour of houses scattered throughout the county; most were modest two- and three-bedroom ranch-style homes.
