Columbia River Mental Health Services will host its annual Youth Summit for people ages 14 to 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at River City Church, 2400 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.
The free event addresses healthy relationships, nutrition and substance use. Lunch is provided, and attendees have the opportunity to win prizes.
