Vancouver neighborhood associations ask city to reconsider approval of warehouse

Fruit Valley project is 561,800 square feet

At least two west Vancouver neighborhood associations are appealing the city of Vancouver’s approval of a 561,800-square-foot warehouse planned for the Fruit Valley neighborhood.

San Francisco-based Prologis submitted development plans for the property, which lies just north of La Frambois Road and west of Fruit Valley Road, in the fall of 2022.
