Now that the Supreme Court has abdicated judicial power to the executive branch by granting immunity to Trump in anticipation of his presidency, perhaps Biden should flex his remaining might and do whatever is necessary to dispatch he opponent. He can get away with it now, and that’s what Trump will do.
