Shoppers at Cascade Park Plaza in east Vancouver may have been in for a surprise recently to find not one but two of the shopping mall’s major retailers had closed.
The spaces at 305 S.E. Chkalov Drive used to house Dollar Tree and Party City. Now, they are vacant, and their signs have been removed.
