Letter: Support Keethler for Legislature

By Janet Holen, WHITE SALMON
Published: July 11, 2024, 6:00am

I encourage voters in Legislative District 17 to vote for Marla Keethler to be our representative to the state Senate. Marla first served as a White Salmon city councilor, is now the mayor and is a member of the Hood River-White Salmon Bridge Authority.

Marla Keethler is consistent in her policies, understands the process of governing, is a good communicator, uses her staff wisely, does not bring attention to herself, and works in the best interest of the people she serves. There is no drama with Marla. You can read about her at www.marlaforsenate.com then vote for Marla Keethler.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
