The Ridgefield Raptors have changed the start time for Sunday’s West Coast League baseball game against the Cowlitz Black Bears to 6:35 p.m. at Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex because of the expected hot conditions.

The Raptors typically play Sunday games at 1:05 p.m.

The team said multiple water stations will be available along the RORC’s concourse.

Thursday’s game against Corvallis begins a season-long seven-game homestand for the Raptors.

They start the second half of the WCL season by hosting Cowlitz for three games beginning Friday, and then Walla Walla for three beginning Tuesday.
