Letter: Plow the roads

By Larry Horton, Ridgefield
Published: January 26, 2024, 6:00am

Hey, Ridgefield. Budget for some snow removal equipment. There is no need to lose a week of school. Plow/clear some lanes for school buses.

It’s been ridiculous, pretty sure kids could at least get classes online with all this packing around laptops, too. If homeowners are responsible for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, who is responsible for roads and neighborhood streets? Maybe HOAs, which do nothing? Plow the roads and send them a bill.
