The Clark College Dental Hygiene department will host its annual free children’s dental health clinic from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 3.
Dental hygiene students will provide free care to children ages 4 to 17 under the supervision of licensed dental hygienists and dentists. Services include cleanings, sealants, X-rays, exams, fluoride and select emergency treatments.
The dental health clinic will be at the Firstenburg Dental Hygiene Education and Care Center on Clark College’s main campus, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver.
“We are excited to offer our annual free children’s dental health day for children in our community,” said Kristi Taylor, program director of Clark’s dental hygiene department. “If you have or know any children who would benefit from a free cleaning and exam, this would be a great opportunity for them. Call and schedule an appointment before the slots fill up.”
