The Clark County Elections Office will mail ballots to all voters living in the Battle Ground, Camas, Green Mountain and Woodland school districts beginning Friday for the Feb. 13 special election.

Eligible voters who have not received a ballot by Feb. 1 should call the elections office at 564-397-2345 to request a replacement.

While replacement ballots may be requested in person, elections staff recommend requesting a replacement by email or phone. After Jan. 29, replacement ballots can also be requested or accessed electronically at VoteWA.gov.

Email requests should be sent to elections@clark.wa.gov. Mail requests to Clark County Elections Office, P.O. Box 8815, Vancouver, WA 98666-8815.

The deadline to submit new voter registrations and voter updates to existing registrations online or by mail is 5 p.m. Feb. 5. Voters may still register and update existing voter registrations in person at the elections office, 1408 Franklin St., Vancouver, by 8 p.m. Feb. 13. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day.

An online voters’ guide and sample ballot for the special election are available at clarkvotes.org.

Preliminary election results will be posted to the website around 8:15 p.m. on Election Day.
