Clark College, Washington State University Vancouver aim to simplify transfer process

New ‘student-centered’ program to amplify outreach and advising supports

A new program promises to ease Clark College students’ transfer to Washington State University Vancouver.

Clark hosted leaders from both schools Monday to unveil the guaranteed admission program, which aims to boost attainment of four-year university degrees in Southwest Washington. Next year, Clark students will be able to begin an associate’s degree program designed to transfer into WSU Vancouver for completion of a bachelor’s degree.
