Office space in Clark County still at a premium

Vacancy rate remains low, while lease prices continue to rise steadily

Even though Vancouver’s office vacancy rate has slowly crept up from its 2019 low, the area’s asking rental price is at a 10-year high.

The latest total office vacancy rate for 2023 was 6.6 percent, up from 6.3 percent the year prior, according to data from Costar and Kidder Mathews Research.
