Letter: Thanks to local utility

By Leslie Phernetton, Ridgefield

I’m writing to commend Clark Public Utilities. We can admittedly be a “difficult” family. Making silly mistakes and forgetting that we could check the plug before calling.

I have never had an unpleasant interaction with any Clark Public Utilities employee. They are interested and anxious to fix my problem.

Every business could take a lesson in service from Clark Public Utilities. Thanks for keeping us out of the dark.
